Who we are looking to add to our team:
We are looking to add a SR. Loan Processor to our team! We are looking for a qualified candidate that can submit files, work approval conditions, and facilitate closings! This team member will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and have an extensive working knowledge of the mortgage industry, guidelines, and regulations. Please note while we don’t require our team members to be local (meaning we will consider remote employees), it is our preference for local applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Have basic knowledge of reviewing and calculating income
- Submit loan files to underwriter
- Work active pipeline to include following up with borrowers and keeping them updated with changing loan status
- Review approvals, request items as needed, and fulfill conditions
- Order rate locks, CD’s, docs for closing, appraisals, etc
- Understand all working parts of loan process
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years processing experience
- Strong understanding of investment property financing a huge plus
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be resourceful, manage time efficiently, work unsupervised while also working as part of the team
- Strong organizational skills a must
