I'm not one to often leave reviews, but having worked w/ Ridge Lending Group on several different projects, I think its important to publicly thank the team! Quite simply, I think the best way to show whether or not an organization is top notch is to state whether or not they'll earn your business again - and I can say with great confidence, that I have been working w/ Ridge Lending on real estate transactions for over 2 years, and I'll gladly keep coming back to them. The team over at Ridge is responsive, helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable, and they have a great sense of urgency. Its honestly been my pleasure to have worked w/ them on each project that I've done. Very long and painful experience, I was actually willing to give them another shot on another loan and they simply never responded. They then set me up with up with a loan servicer who you can never get a hold of that has a 1.2 star with 120 reviews on google, not a good look. Really disappointed and frustrated with Ridge

While the employees at the company do a good job I would not recommend if you can use traditional financing. The fees are extremely high. In addition to the $995 origination fee they charge 2 percentage points on investment loans. In addition to the appraisal charge there is a large appraisal review fee. They have a good marketing campaign and good front line employees but the fees and charges are just too much. I would not recommend.

Caeli Ridge is the president and CEO of Ridge Lending Group and is herself a real estate investor. She has been an established real estate investor for over 20 years, holding as many as 42 investment properties across the United States at one time.

Caeli has worked with tens of thousands of real estate investors and homeowners all over the country, helping more families realize their dreams of homeownership as real estate investors than any other mortgage lender in the country.

When she is not running RLG, Caeli is a sought-after speaker and can be found providing insight and education to investors at events across the country. Located in Portland, Oregon, Caeli is also a wife, mother of two and devoted friend to many.
